Signing of 7th Round Pick Reported on Slow News Day

In a slow news day, the Minnesota Vikings announced the signing of their 7th round draft choice, Jamarca Sanford. "He's no Brett Favre, but then again who is? We are excited to have him on our football team," said head coach Brad Childress. In related slow news, groundskeepers at the Vikings' complex in Winter Park were successful in mowing the lawn and killing several thistles and dandelions.
